Brent provides strategic leadership to the executive team and portfolio leaders, fostering high performance and continuous improvement. Previously, Brent served as President of 68 Ventures, a real estate development and investment firm, where he managed a portfolio of businesses across the multi-family and single-family residential housing market. His extensive expertise in the real estate industry uniquely positions him to lead Kaliber Management’s initiatives in manufactured housing and destination RV/campground management and development. With over 26 years of experience as a senior finance, operations, and technology executive, Brent has a proven track record of growing businesses, leading cross-functional global teams, and driving strategic initiatives. His expertise across multiple industries spans mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, business development, financial deal structuring, transaction negotiations, and technology implementation. Brent is recognized for delivering financial outcomes, managing execution, and cultivating high-performing individuals to achieve stakeholder objectives. Brent holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and an MBA in Finance, both from The University of Georgia and its Terry College of Business.
